Where can you find me?
I come to you: sessions usually take place on-site (at your home, in an environment your dog is familiar with). In certain cases, sessions are also possible online via Zoom.
Service area
Zug and the surrounding area. This includes: Zug, Baar, Steinhausen, Cham, Hünenberg, Risch/Rotkreuz, Neuheim, Ober-/Unterägeri, Walchwil, as well as parts of the cantons of Lucerne (Rontal), Aargau (Freiamt), Schwyz (Arth, Goldau, Schwyz, Brunnen), and Zurich (Knonauer Amt, left lakeshore up to Enge).Travel costs
- Core zone (up to 30 minutes‘ drive): no extra charge
- Extended zone (30–60 minutes): CHF 30 travel fee
- Beyond that: on request
Online option
For clients outside the region, or for certain topics, I offer online coaching. Just mention it if you’d like to work with me online. What I don’t do: I don’t assess dogs online, and I don’t run dog training sessions online either.No fixed training location:

For direct bookings:
- Immediately: booking confirmation by email
- Within 24h: preparation info (questionnaire, Zoom link, etc.)
- On the day: we meet at the agreed location
For emails/forms:
- Within 24h (business days): a personal reply from me
- If it’s a good fit: we’ll arrange the next step (initial conversation, first session, etc.)
- If it’s not a good fit: honest feedback and, if helpful, a recommendation for an alternative
Frequently asked questions
How quickly can I get a session?
That mainly depends on how booked up I am at the time. All available slots are visible in my online booking system.
If there’s nothing suitable available soon, or if it’s urgent, just give me a call. We’ll find a solution.
Can I get an appointment in the evening or on weekends?
Yes, by arrangement. I sometimes work evenings and weekends too. Just ask me.
Can I book my session online?
Yes, all bookings go through the online booking system. You’ll automatically get a calendar entry and a confirmation by email.
What does an initial conversation cost?
The initial conversation (30 minutes, online) is free and non-binding. It’s there to help us find out whether we’re a good fit.
